Reese Gunsmithing LLC operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws, including those administered by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

By placing an order with Reese Gunsmithing LLC, the customer certifies that they:

• Are legally eligible to purchase and possess the items ordered
• Are in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
• Understand that certain items may be restricted in their jurisdiction

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that purchased products are legal in their location.

If an order is placed for a product that cannot legally be shipped or possessed in the customer’s jurisdiction, Reese Gunsmithing LLC reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus applicable processing or restocking fees.

Federal law prohibits certain individuals from purchasing or possessing firearms. These restrictions are outlined under 18 U.S.C. §922(g) and §922(n).

By placing an order for a firearm or serialized component, the customer certifies they are not a prohibited person under federal or state law.

Reese Gunsmithing LLC reserves the right to refuse any sale at our sole discretion.

All firearms and serialized components must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

Reese Gunsmithing LLC does not ship firearms directly to individuals, except where specifically permitted by federal law.

Customers must provide the contact information for their selected transfer FFL dealer.

The receiving FFL must provide a copy of their license to:

Firearms will not be shipped until the receiving FFL has been verified. Orders awaiting FFL verification for more than 30 business days may be cancelled and may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.

All firearm transfers are subject to the background check procedures of the receiving FFL dealer and applicable laws in the buyer’s jurisdiction.

Customers are responsible for:

• Any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL
• State background check fees
• Waiting period requirements
• Compliance with local regulations

Once a firearm is transferred to the receiving dealer, Reese Gunsmithing LLC no longer controls the transfer process.

If a customer fails a background check or is otherwise denied the transfer of a firearm:

• The firearm must be returned to Reese Gunsmithing LLC by the receiving FFL
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping and transfer fees

Returned firearms may be subject to:

• A restocking fee up to 25%
• Original shipping costs
• Return shipping costs

Refunds will be issued only after the firearm has been received and inspected.

If a customer refuses a firearm transfer or fails to complete the transfer within the receiving dealer's holding period:

• The firearm may be returned to Reese Gunsmithing LLC
• The customer is responsible for all shipping and dealer fees

Returned firearms may be subject to restocking fees up to 25%.

Firearm laws vary widely by jurisdiction.

Reese Gunsmithing LLC reserves the right to refuse shipment of any firearm, component, or accessory to any jurisdiction where the item may be restricted or prohibited. Customers are responsible for verifying compliance with local laws before placing an order.

Orders placed for prohibited items may be cancelled.

Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates only.

Reese Gunsmithing LLC is not responsible for carrier delays due to:

• Weather
• Mechanical issues
• Carrier backlog
• Acts of God
• Government restrictions

All firearm shipments require adult signature confirmation.

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

If shipping damage is discovered:

• Notify Reese Gunsmithing LLC within 48 hours of delivery
• Retain all packaging materials
• Provide photographs of the damage

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void shipping claims.

Shipping insurance claims may require cooperation with the carrier.

Serialized firearm components such as frames or receivers are legally considered firearms. If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a serialized firearm component and retains possession of that item, Reese Gunsmithing LLC will treat the matter as theft of a firearm.

The incident may be reported to:

• Local law enforcement
• The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)

Reese Gunsmithing LLC reserves the right to pursue civil recovery of damages, fees, and legal costs.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Returned merchandise must:

• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Include all accessories
• Include proof of purchase

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

The following items cannot be returned except in cases of manufacturer defect:

• Firearms
• Serialized receivers or frames
• Ammunition
• Custom gunsmithing services
• Custom built firearms
• Special order items
• Clearance items

Once a firearm has been transferred by the receiving FFL, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned.

All National Firearms Act (NFA) items including suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and other regulated devices are not accepted at this time.

Customers are responsible for compliance with all NFA laws and regulations.

Gunsmithing services are non-refundable once work has begun. Cosmetic, restoration, or modification services may alter the firearm’s finish, markings, or original condition. Reese Gunsmithing LLC makes no representation regarding collector value or originality after modification or restoration.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their firearm is safe and legally owned before submitting it for service.

Firearms left with Reese Gunsmithing LLC for service, repair, or storage must be picked up within 90 days of notification of completion.

Firearms not retrieved within this period may be considered abandoned property and handled in accordance with Colorado law, which may include storage fees or legal disposal.

Reese Gunsmithing LLC reserves the right to charge reasonable storage fees for firearms left beyond the pickup period.

Reese Gunsmithing LLC accepts the following forms of payment:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• Discover
• American Express
• Cash (in-store transactions only)

A 3.99% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.

Cash payments are accepted only for in-person transactions at our physical location. For security reasons, cash payments will not be accepted through the mail.

Reese Gunsmithing LLC does not accept:

• Personal checks
• Cashier’s checks
• Company checks
• Money orders

All payments must be received and verified before products are shipped or firearms are transferred.

Colorado sales tax will be collected for orders shipped within Colorado.

Customers outside Colorado are responsible for any use tax obligations in their state.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

Reese Gunsmithing LLC reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders
• Limit quantities
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or legal violations

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or system error, Reese Gunsmithing LLC reserves the right to cancel the order.

Customers will receive a full refund if payment has already been processed.
