Last Updated: March 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern all services performed by Reese Gunsmithing LLC (“Reese Gunsmithing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By submitting a firearm, firearm component, or related item for inspection, repair, modification, or other service, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Reese Gunsmithing LLC operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws, including regulations administered by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and applicable laws of the Colorado.

1. Scope of Services

Reese Gunsmithing LLC provides gunsmithing services for modern cartridge-firing firearms generally manufactured after 1900.

Services may include but are not limited to:

• Firearm repair

Acceptance of any firearm or item for service is solely at the discretion of the gunsmith.

Submission of a firearm does not guarantee that service will be performed.

Cosmetic, restoration, or preservation services may alter the firearm’s finish, patina, markings, or original condition. Reese Gunsmithing LLC makes no warranty or representation regarding preservation of collector value, historical value, or resale value resulting from such work.

During disassembly and service, certain parts such as screws, pins, springs, and internal components may be brittle, seized, worn, or previously damaged. Reese Gunsmithing LLC is not responsible for breakage of such parts when reasonable care is exercised during normal service procedures.

Additional issues may become apparent only after a firearm is disassembled for inspection or repair. Reese Gunsmithing LLC reserves the right to adjust repair recommendations, estimates, or scope of work based on conditions discovered during service.
